Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Basementeer account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and generate a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack the Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the generated shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or bring it to one of our retail stores for an immediate refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
